Each piece is handcrafted in my studio in St. Augustine. Some pieces are made to order and may take 2 weeks to fulfill. Should there be a delay I will notify you immediately.

I offer flat rate shipping on orders within the United States, via USPS Priority. If it is a rush, USPS Priority Express with a $35 fee is available.  If another shipping method is preferred, just contact me to arrange.

All orders of in-stock items are packed and shipped with 1- 2 days.

Each piece will arrive with its own Gabrielle Gould Jewelry custom note-card which has the name/title and individual piece’s materials listed.

Gabrielle Gould Jewelry gift-boxes are available at no additional charge to make the perfect gift. Please request during checkout.

Jewelry care

Brushed or polished surfaces can be polished with a quick-dip solution such as Tarn-X; be careful around the colored areas, try to avoid by using a Q-tip to apply the solution will help with this. Rinse immediately in warm water and pat dry with a soft, dry cloth.

Oxidized sterling pieces require no polishing, to do so will remove the patina.

A quick word about the feathers: Feathers are more durable than you would expect! They can get wet during the cleaning process. Simply smooth them back into shape and let them air dry.

When wearing a feathered piece, place it thoughtfully to avoid crushing it with seat belts and purse straps.

Tip: Keeping your jewelry in its original bag, when not wearing, will help prevent the sterling silver from tarnishing and keep your piece looking its best.

As each piece is unique and handmade, in the event of a return, credit only will be given. Please email request within 7 days of receipt. Upon return confirmation, item should be returned in original, new condition and customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
